When Thanos destroyed the Infinity Stones in Avengers: Endgame, it took the combined knowledge of Tony Stark and team Ant-Man to develop the time-travel technology needed to win. Kang's gimmick is multiversal travel, so it may take a new combination of heroes to give the Avengers a chance.
