Two more familiar faces from the Scream franchise are rumored to be returning with Neve Campbell for the seventh installment.
Neve Campbell may not be the only OG Scream actor to return in Kevin Williamson’s upcoming sequel. According to insider Daniel Richtman, both legacy star Courteney Cox and Scream 3’s “McDreamy” addition, Patrick Dempsey, are rumored to be returning in Scream 7. Currently, only Campbell's return has been officially confirmed, meaning that this rumor should be treated as just that for now.
