Daredevil: Born Again Trailer Brings Matt Murdock And Wilson Fisk Face-To-Face

Speak of the ‘devil. It’s been a long time coming now that Marvel fans have been awaiting the return of Matt Murdock – aka masked vigilante Daredevil – but in 2025, we’ll finally be getting the much-anticipated revival of his signature series. Charlie Cox played the role for four seasons in Netflix’s Daredevil, and its Defenders team-up series; then when the Netflix-verse died and the character reverted to Marvel Studios, he popped up in Spider-Man: No Way Home, and got hot and bothered with Jennifer Walters in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. But enough faffing around: Daredevil: Born Again is bringing Nelson, Murdock & Page back to full strength on Disney+, with all the bone-crunching action fans have been looking forward to. It’s good to be back in Hell’s Kitchen! And the tone of this trailer is very much all about reminding audiences of what they’ve been missing – Matt’s tortured vigilanteism; Vincent D’Onofrio’s pitch-perfect Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin; the warm dynamic of Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page and Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson; oh, and a punishing, hatchet-wielding return from The Punisher himself, Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle. Back, too, is the brutal beatdowns – Daredevil was always a bloody and bone-breaking show, with Born Again set to follow suit, despite a home in the Mouse House’s streaming service.

There’s not much longer to wait for Born Again to drop – it’ll hit Disney+ on 4 March, with a season premiere directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Bring your own Catholic guilt.
