Some of Marvel Studios' best villains could return to the MCU if Phase 6's Avengers 5 introduces a dangerous supervillain team from Marvel Comics. Every good superhero story needs a powerful adversary for the protagonist to take down, and Marvel Studios has debuted some of the most formidable and terrifying villains in comic book movie history in the 16-year history of the MCU. However, Marvel Studios has also come under scrutiny for not managing to do some of Marvel Comics' most iconic and long-lasting foes justice in live-action, but Avengers 5 could have the perfect solution to this ever-present problem.
