The Neverending Story will now get a new series four decades after the childhood classic film graced audiences all the way back in 1984.
The Neverending Story will get a new film series. The Neverending Story was originally a 1979 fantasy novel by German author Michael Ende, with the first English translation put out in 1983. The better-known version of the work is the 1984 film The Neverending Story from which it was adapted.
