Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith's Most Iconic Scene was Steven Spielberg's Idea
Steven Spielberg came up with one of the most iconic scenes in Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith.
It's no secret that George Lucas and Steven Spielberg have a good working relationship, as the two teamed up to create Indiana Jones together. Although Spielberg wasn't involved in the making of the Star Wars prequels, the director still had some sway over Lucas. According to Revenge of the Sith stunt coordinator Nick Gillis, Spielberg came up with the idea of the high ground scene during the climatic battle between Obi-Wan and Anakin on Mustafar.
