Palm Royale follows Maxine Simmons, who dreams of joining the world of the rich and influential in Palm Beach. Although she may have found a way in, she struggles to fit into this world. Set during 1969, with two of the biggest aspects of this era being the feminist movement and the Vietnam War, Palm Royale explores the near-fantastical world of the haves who ignore the realities of the world, with backstabbing, gossip, and parties being their largest concerns.
