Disney Might Have Canceled All of These Announced Films

Disney is one of the largest companies in the world, and following acquisitions like Star Wars, Pixar, and Marvel, it seemed like a studio that could not lose. From 2015 to 2019, they seemed to dominate the box office. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has struggled to regain its box-office domination. CEO Bob Iger's recent comment about quietly canceling movies has certainly raised some eyebrows. Unlike Warner Bros., which seems to make big splashy announcements about completed films they have canceled, Disney has just not moved forward on projects that were in development, but the camera never likely rolled on them. This is certainly nothing new, as many films stay stuck and remain in development hell.
