Academy Award winner Cillian Murphy will return as gang leader Tommy Shelby in the upcoming Peaky Blinders movie, Steven Knight has confirmed. Speaking recently with Birmingham World, the writer and director revealed that Murphy will be back as the former head of the Peaky Blinders, putting to bed speculation that the actor and character would be left of the movie.
