Captain America 4’s Bucky Replacement Can Finally Bring Falcon’s Cut Superpowers Into The MCU

Sam Wilson's new partner in Marvel Studios' upcoming Captain America: Brave New World could be given some of his unused abilities from Marvel Comics. In the wake of the Infinity Saga's conclusion, Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson became the new Captain America of the MCU, following Steve Rogers' retirement in Avengers: Endgame. 2021's The Falcon and the Winter Soldier saw Wilson team up with Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes, a.k.a. the Winter Soldier, to protect Captain America's legacy, and while Sam Wilson was initially hesitant to assume the position, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier's finale saw him finally become Captain America.
