Bill Skarsgård shows off his beast mode in the new trailer for Boy Kills World. Director Moritz Mohr’s film stars Skarsgård as the titular character whose family is massacred. And while the “Boy” is left alive, his hearing and voice are cruelly ripped away from him, leaving Skarsgård’s character deaf and mute.
