Alien: Romulus Is Connected to the Whole Franchise From Alien to Alien: Covenant, Director Reveals
While it had been thought that Alien: Romulus would be largely standalone and not connected to the rest of the franchise, this is not the case.
Following the release of the first trailer for this year’s Alien outing, Alien: Romulus, director Fede Álvarez has revealed how connected to the rest of the franchise the latest installment will be. And it’s perhaps a lot more connected than we originally thought. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Álvarez revealed that, despite previous reports claiming Romulus would be largely “unconnected” to the likes of Alien: Covenant, this is far from the case.
