Rachel Sennott Steals the Show in This Ensemble Horror Comedy
Bodies Bodies Bodies features an impressive cast, but Rachel Sennott as Alice is one of the best comedic performances in recent years.
Rachel Sennott is fast becoming one of the most adored and celebrated comedy performers today. Many were introduced to her in Shiva Baby, an anxiety-inducing wild ride of a film that barely lets Sennott's Danielle out of its sight. Since then, she's blended her talents to projects that didn't deserve it (The Idol), and to ones that did (Bottoms, which she co-wrote with Shiva Baby director, Emma Seligman). And for those of you yearning for a new Girls or Sex and the City, your prayers have been answered. HBO has ordered a comedy pilot from Sennott who will write, produce, and star. It really is Rachel Sennott's absurdist, Gen Z world, and we're just living in it.
