Are The Harkonnens Cannibals In Dune 2? Why Feyd-Rautha's Women Eat People
Feyd-Rautha's freaky harem of cannibals in Dune: Part Two begs whether the barbaric Harkonnen family engages in the heinous act themselves.
Dune: Part Two offers additional insight into the culture of House Harkonnen, including instances of cannibalism, a common practice of Harkonnen heir Feyd-Rautha's harem. Denis Villeneuve's Dune sequel, which further expands on his cinematic interpretation of Frank Herbert's epic novel, continues a little under a year past the events of Dune: Part One but develops the House Harkonnen plot and way of life tenfold. Whereas Part One framed the Harkonnens' intentions for the planet Arrakis, Dune: Part Two amplifies the House Harkonnen's story with aspects such as the major players of their dynasty and the extent of their barbarity.
