Turn in all 50 tufts of Chocograss to the Chocobo Sage in Final Fantasy 7 Rebrith to get powerful rewards, including Cait Sith's Gjallarhorn.
One of the new side quests in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth introduces collectibles like Chocograss that can be found later in the game, like the "Greens for Piko" quest. Chocograss is a collectible in the "Esoteric Secrets of the Elders" side quest. In Chapter 11, head to the Chocobo Sage's Manor near Activation Intel Tower 3 to get started with this quest.
